MASTER BATHROOM INSPIRATIONS: READY-SET-GO!

Pin It Now!
Putting on my makeup on Easter morning was not such a pleasant experience! Why? Because
I HATE  MY MASTER BATHROOM!

I know, I know... your thinking "Well then do something about it!"

And do something, I shall!!

Seriously, the lighting is a nightmare, the space is annoying, mainly because the doorknob hits me in the butt every time someone opens it while I am at the mirror.  The tile is cracked because it wasn't installed appropriately for a home that is off the ground. The trim and casing around the tub is falling off because there was no access panel to open it up for repair or to press the little red button on the plug when the breaker tripped it...

...AND NO STORAGE!!

OH, THE FRUSTRATION!

Like my KITCHEN INSPIRATIONS HERE, I am pinning and acquiring inspiration to make my master bathroom-MASTERFUL!

I love this from Houzz.com! The floor is my biggest fave! Oh and the chandelier is pretty awesome! Oh and the full glass shower...OK I guess I love it all!

Over at My Not-So-Shaby Life, she shared a great easy tutorial on DIY Hardware for a sliding Barn Door! This will completely fix the doorknob-in-the-butt problem!

I really LOVE this one from apartmenttherapy.com

To address the storage these are some cool ideas:

That would really be awesome for my tub issue!!

And Lighting...Well Thrifty Decor Chic has a great Drum Shade Chandelier tutorial!

Or even this birdcage chandelier tutorial from All Things Thrifty!

SOOOO COOL!!!

I am inspired and ready to GO!
Just gotta figure out...
The BUDGET!

UGH! What a downer!
Well a little at a time and it'll happen! I can't wait to show you the before and after!

TOOTLES,
